Delivery Information:
Over 90% of our products are designed & delivered by a Hometown Florist the same day if the order is placed by 2pm in recipient time zone Monday through Saturday.
Sunday deliveries are available in some area's if the order is placed anytime during the week prior to Sunday. If Sunday delivery is not available in the requested area we will arrange for delivery on Saturday if time permits. If unable to deliver on Saturday or Sunday, you will be contacted before delivering on Monday.
Items indicated as Next Day will arrive for delivery the following day if the order is placed by 2pm Eastern time Monday through Thursday. Orders placed for these items on Friday or Saturday will arrive on Tuesday.
Deliveries to Rural Routes and remote area's require day time phone numbers of recipients to guarantee delivery. Occasionally these area's require additional delivery fees.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
